Andrew has worked in the retail sector for over thirty five years, both in stores working for M&S, Next, Arcadia and Esprit from sales floor to store management positions, and the last twenty years as a HR professional at Next. Andrew is currently the Head of HR for Retail as well as the chair of Next LGBT+ employee led community.
